Customer Integration Specialist
We are growing! And we are looking for a Customer Integration Specialist (CIS) to join our Customer Success Team. The CIS is in charge of all matters involved in client's on-boarding. He/She guarantees an optimum experience, making sure that all the processes are followed correctly, technical problems are solved and customers can get the most out of our platform in record time.
A bit about you...
- You need to work with XML files (mandatory).
- You need to be fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Proven experience on-boarding customers.
- Highly motivated individual to keep up in this fast-paced environment.
- Great organizational skills and goal focused.
- Interest for the Video Industry and used to work in international teams.
About your day to day.
- Act as the maximum responsible for data curation, making sure that our platform is fed with the correct documents in the correct format.
- Help making possible the necessary changes for an amazing client on-boarding, dealing directly with them and troubleshooting when needed.
- Coordinate Projects in video and web applications, such as the launch of a new platform, templates and designs.
- Manage small and medium size projects to add new features and shape our products for a better market fit.
